NEET (Young people not in education, employment or training)

Reducing the proportion of 16 - to 18-year-olds not in education, employment or training (NEET) is a priority for the Government.

Being NEET between the ages of 16-18 is a major predictor of later unemployment, low income, teenage motherhood, depression and poor physical health.

The delivery of NEET at the Savoy Centre is provided by In Training Ltd and currently takes place between 10am – 4pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
