For the Job Seeker...

A broad range of services are available to help 'job ready' local people to improve their employability and enable them to secure suitable new or additional employment. Services are tailored to suit the needs of the individual and identified through very informal interviews and meetings.

Support for individuals or groups may then take a form of practical help with identifying and addressing barriers to achievement of employment goals;

• job search strategy; planning, methods and tools,
• confidential mentoring,
• provision of other forms of support as required.
