Black Country Learning Academy (BCLA)
Based at the Savoy Centre this not-for-profit organisations main aim is to advance the education and employment opportunities of people in the Black Country and surrounding area. BCLA offers a wide range of courses and qualifications that add to and compliment the existing learning provision at the centre. Their courses include training in IT, skills for life, business management, and the construction industry.BCLA is an established Learndirect Centre.

Castle and Crystal Credit Union
As a further service provided at the Savoy Centre, Castle and Crystal, as a financial cooperative, has been successfully providing saving and competitive loans to local people since 1993. All savings are safely insured.
They are open at the Savoy every Friday 1:30 until 3:30 and by appointment.

Jobcentre Plus is a government agency supporting people of working age from welfare into work, and helping employers to fill their vacancies.
